1.1 What are the prices displayed in our store?

All prices displayed in our store are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are tax-exclusive.
We only accept USD as the pricing and settlement currency. Payments in any other currency are not accepted.

Note for Russian customers:
We can accept payments via Alipay (CNY) for customers in mainland China. Please contact us for specific instructions on how to proceed.

1.2 What payment methods do we accept?

For Individual Customers:
We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
  • Bank Wire Transfer

We accept bank transfers; please contact us in advance if you would like to use this method.
(Note: Not available for customers in Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Iran, North Korea, and similar regions.)

For Business Customers:
For corporate and government procurement, please contact us in advance with your order details.
We will provide a quotation, and once the order is confirmed, we will issue an invoice.
Only bank wire transfers are accepted for business purchases.

For Russian Customers:
We can accept payment through Alipay (China local). Please contact us if you wish to use this method.


1.3 To which countries can you ship products?

We can ship products worldwide,
except for certain countries that have shipping restrictions or delivery issues.

If we are unable to ship to your country or region, we will inform you promptly, cancel the order, and issue a refund.


1.4 Can I change or cancel an order?

If you’ve already placed an order, please email us immediately to request any changes.
Once an order is processed or shipped, no changes or cancellations can be made.

If your order has not been processed or shipped, you may contact us to change or cancel it.
To change the content of your order, you must cancel the original order and place a new one with the correct items.


1.5 How do I know if my order has been received or shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping/tracking email.

You can also log in to your store account and check the status of your order.

If you do not receive confirmation or shipping emails, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
Important: Make sure you provide the correct email address when placing your order.


1.6 Buyers are responsible for all applicable local taxes and fees

These include import duties, VAT, customs handling fees, and other similar charges.
Our product prices do not include local sales or customs taxes.

Each country has different tax policies. These fees may be collected by the courier upon delivery.

If your country requires a CPF or Tax Number for customs clearance, please provide it when placing your order.
Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned or rejected.
Any loss incurred due to this will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • EU customers: Please provide a personal ID or EORI number.
  • Chile & Brazil customers: Please provide a CPF or CNPJ.
  • Russian customers: Please provide your Tax Number.


1.7 How do I know if a product is in stock?

Please refer to the product page on our store. The availability shown is real-time inventory.

If the page shows the item is in stock, then it is available for immediate order.

Unlike many other Chinese stores, we do not misreport inventory to trick you into placing an order.
However, in rare cases, inventory may be inaccurate due to:

  1. Staff miscounting complex items with numerous variants (rare but possible).
  2. The last unit being sold on other platforms (like Taobao, AliExpress, or Amazon) before we update the stock.


1.8 What if the item I want is out of stock?

You can email us to inquire. We will contact the manufacturer and respond with an estimated restock time.


1.9 About Pre-Order or Custom-Made Items

Some new or out-of-stock items may display as available for pre-order.
We will provide an estimated delivery time based on information from the manufacturer.

Please note that delivery may be delayed if the manufacturer postpones their schedule.

Custom-made items cannot be canceled for any reason once the order is placed.


1.10 Do you offer price protection if the price drops?

No. Product prices fluctuate for many reasons, and we cannot provide price guarantees.

Most price drops are determined by the manufacturer, who does not notify us in advance or offer compensation.

However, if we run a promotion and the item you ordered goes on sale within 7 days after your order,
we can offer a store credit as compensation. You must request it, and it will be valid for 60 days for future orders on Staitripstro.com only.

We do not offer price protection or compensation for any other reason.


1.11 Can I get a receipt or invoice for my order?

After submitting your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

If you need a formal receipt or invoice, please contact us.
We will send a PDF version by email.
We do not offer printed invoice mail services.
